NEURODEVO

The NEURODEVO group focuses its research activity on three main lines:
- Use of fish as models for screening molecules of interest for pharmaceutical, biotechnological, and biomedical applications.
- Use of fish as models for nervous system diseases. Nervous system regeneration in fish.
- Use of fish as research models in evolutionary and ecological developmental biology (eco-evo-devo). Study of the development and evolution of the central nervous system: morphogenesis, comparative genoarchitecture, and neurogenesis.
