He holds a degree in Social Education (Extraordinary Award 2023/2024 from the Xunta de Galicia) and a Master’s degree in Research in Education, Cultural Diversity and Community Development (1st Master’s Thesis Award in Education 2024/2025 from the Department of Pedagogy and Didactics) from the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela. He is currently enrolled in the Interuniversity PhD Programme in Equity and Innovation in Education at the same university.
He develops a line of research, initiated through his Bachelor’s Thesis (TFG) and Master’s Thesis (TFM), on the potential of Community Arts for the theory and praxis of Social Education. This research line is being further developed in his doctoral thesis, which focuses on the exploration and analysis of collective cultural creation experiences in the Galician regional context, from the perspective of grassroots culture and community self-management.
