Inés holds a degree in Social Education from the Universidade de Santiago de Compostela and completed a Master’s degree in Research in Education, Cultural Diversity and Community Development at the same institution. Since her Bachelor’s Thesis, she has specialized in researching the history of social education linked to the Galician libertarian movement of the early 20th century, developing a line of study focused on the analysis of emancipatory and community-based educational practices within the Galician historical context.

She collaborates with and is a member of several grassroots associations related to historical memory and civil rights, and has participated in projects focused on memory recovery and sociocultural development across different parts of Galicia. Her work combines social research with educational intervention, emphasizing the importance of education as a tool for social justice, civic participation, and the construction of a critical collective memory.

Currently, she works in the field of pedagogy and the didactics of historical memory, designing and coordinating training initiatives and community-based learning processes aimed at connecting younger generations with the historical and social heritage of the territory. Her approach is based on participatory, collaborative, and interdisciplinary methodologies that highlight local knowledge, popular memory, and social engagement as central pillars of contemporary Social Education pedagogy.
