García Vinuesa, Antonio

Antonio García Vinuesa is Assistant Professor (Doctor) in the field of Pedagogy and History of Education at the University of Santiago de Compostela and a member of the SEPA-interea research group. He holds a PhD in Education (USC) and has a multidisciplinary background: Technical Engineer in Telecommunications (UCLM), science communicator at the Museum of Sciences of Castilla-La Mancha, and Primary Education Teacher (USC).

His research career focuses on Environmental Education, particularly on educational and social responses to climate change. This research line originates from his personal interests in socio-environmental issues and his involvement with the Resclima project, which has been consolidated through four competitive R&D&i projects in which he has participated from his beginnings as a master’s student in educational research to the present.
